Yves Kugbe

Yves Kugbe is an experienced international project manager specializing in East African countries, currently working with COC Nederland since November 2021. Prior experience includes serving as a SOGIESC Consultant at the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights and as City Program Coordinator at Hivos, where expertise in program management was demonstrated. Yves Kugbe held the position of Director of Programs at Afrique arc-en-ciel for nearly six years and contributed as a national consultant for The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria. Additional consultancy roles were undertaken at COC Nederland, African Sex Workers Alliance, and Global Network of Sex Work Projects Limited. Early career involved managing health projects targeting men who have sex with men and transgender individuals at Espoir Vie-Togo.
