Eileen Grishko

Eileen Grishko is a Business Information Technology major at the University of Tampa, set to graduate in 2024, with diverse experience in project management, leadership, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as a Technology & Transformation Intern and Project Management Intern at Coca-Cola Beverages Florida, Eileen has successfully managed IT-related projects and developed customer relationships. As President of the Management Club at the University of Tampa, Eileen leads over 110 students in organizing professional workshops and mentoring future leaders. Eileen also holds dual roles as President and Secretary of the Tennis Club: Travel Team, overseeing executive board responsibilities, promoting member engagement through social media, and managing a $15,000 budget. Previous experience includes a Design/Merchandise Intern and Leadership Camp Counselor at Camp Eagle Ridge Inc., where Eileen facilitated activities for over 200 campers, and co-founding an entrepreneurial venture centered on innovative gym products, honing public speaking and business skills.
