Antoinette McNichol

Antoinette (Toni) McNichol, MHR, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Coca-Cola Bottlers' Sales and Services, a role assumed in January 2020. With extensive experience in human resources, McNichol previously held multiple HR positions at The Coca-Cola Company, focusing on refranchising efforts in North America, and provided strategic HR counsel at AT&T, enhancing customer service initiatives. Additional roles include Human Resources Consultant at Cingular Wireless, where support was provided regarding collective bargaining agreements, and similar consulting positions at First Data Corporation and Manpower. McNichol holds a Master’s degree in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor of Science in Human Environmental Science from Oklahoma State University.
