Currently serving as the Director of HR Client Services at Coca-Cola Bottlers' Sales and Services since April 2017, Melanie previously held the position of Global Payroll Director at The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation from November 2015 to April 2017. Earlier in their career, Melanie was the Director of Payroll Operations at Coca-Cola Refreshments from April 2009 to November 2015 and worked at Countrywide as a CFM/Branch Manager from December 2007 to December 2008. Melanie began their career at Wachovia Bank, where employment spanned from 2005 to 2007. Melanie Mangione holds a degree from Southern Methodist University, completed between 1991 and 1995.

We support operations for our bottler owners as well as bottler-owned production cooperatives, Coca-Cola North America and other participating beverage partners across the Coca-Cola System. Since 2003, CCBSS has provided a single voice for the Coca-Cola Bottling System in North America to customers and suppliers. Our organization, which became an independent company under the ownership of North American Coca-Cola bottlers in 2017, fulfills its mission by providing services through three divisions: Customer Business Solutions (CBS), Business Services (BSNA) and Procurement.
