Catherine Tomnie

Catherine Tomnie is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and resourcing, currently serving as Associate Director of Talent Acquisition at Coca-Cola European Partners since March 2019. Prior to this role, Catherine held several senior positions at BP from April 2011 to March 2019, including Global Head of Resourcing for Downstream and various leadership roles focused on resourcing operations and capability. Catherine began their career at Barclays from January 2006 to December 2010, progressing through roles in leadership and talent management, as well as recruitment analysis. Catherine's early career included a position as Learning & Development Analyst at Together from November 2004 to December 2005. Academically, Catherine holds an MSc in Occupational Psychology from the University of Nottingham and a BSc in Psychology from Liverpool University.
