Maulidia Syifa Mulia is an accomplished professional with significant experience in various roles within organizations focused on research, development, and marketing. Currently serving as an XL FUTURE LEADERS Batch 10 Awardee and a Laboratory Research & Development Assistant at Manufacturing System Laboratory UI, Maulidia has also contributed as a Media and Marketing Associate at ShARE Universitas Indonesia and has interned in Human Capital Policy & Strategy at PT Semen Indonesia. Previous leadership roles include Vice Manager of Pre-Event and Main Conference for StudentsxCEOs International Summit and Manager of Research and Development at ISEEC UI. Maulidia's academic background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering with a focus on Manufacturing Systems from the University of Indonesia, complemented by an international experience at the University of Exeter.
