Megan Mitrevski Dale

Megan Mitrevski Dale is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sustainability and corporate communications. Currently serving as the Director of Environmental Sustainability at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners since January 2009, Megan has led the development of the company's Climate and Water strategies, including initiatives to achieve net zero GHG emissions by 2040, with validated targets from the Science Based Target Initiative. Previous roles at CCEP include Associate Director positions focused on Corporate Sustainability Reporting and Business Transformation Communications, where Megan enhanced reporting practices and coordinated change communications across various stakeholders. Prior to CCEP, Megan was a Senior Consultant at Deloitte, specializing in change management and M&A communications. Academically, Megan holds an MSc in Food Policy from City St George’s, University of London, and a BS in Marketing and International Business from NYU Stern School of Business.
