Rocio del Mar Moreno

Rocio del Mar Moreno is a skilled professional with a background in food engineering, holding a degree from Universidad del Valle. Currently serving as an Analista QSE at Coca-Cola FEMSA since May 2024, Rocio also contributes as a volunteer for the Project Management Institute. As the founder of Disapori, an entrepreneurship focused on bakery products, responsibilities include planning, production, client relations, internal logistics, finance, and marketing from January 2020 to October 2024. Prior experience includes roles as a Process Engineer at Ingeser/In house Ingredion Incorporated and an intern in Continuous Improvement at Ingredion Incorporated.
