Elena Diculoiu

Elena Diculoiu is a finance professional with extensive experience in senior financial management roles, currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Coca-Cola HBC since July 2022. Prior to this, Elena held the position of Chief Financial Officer at CJSC Multon from September 2020 to June 2022, and worked at Coca-Cola HBC in various capacities, starting as Financial Controller in September 2002. Elena has demonstrated leadership overseeing teams of up to 110 individuals, driving initiatives such as cost optimization, financial planning, and process redesign, while ensuring the accuracy of financial statements in compliance with IFRS. Elena holds an ACCA qualification and a degree in Banking and Stock Exchange from the Academy of Economic Studies Bucharest.
