Lozana Belcheva

Lozana Belcheva is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer support and IT management. Currently serving as the IT Licenses & Contracts Manager at Coca-Cola HBC since June 2019, Lozana has also held roles such as Vendor Management Office Specialist and BSS Trainee with Greek language. Prior experience includes positions as a Customer Support Specialist at Unique Estates and an Internship Trainee with Italian language at Stresa Luxury Real Estates. Earlier experience includes customer support at William Hill. Lozana holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering Technology from the Technical University of Sofia, where studies were completed in September 2023, and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from the same institution, earned in 2019.
