Nevyan Petrov

Nevyan Petrov serves as the People and Culture Director for Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company in Bulgaria since January 2008, where responsibilities include leading the People & Culture function and developing effective people strategies to enhance employee potential and drive business growth. Prior roles within Coca-Cola HBC include BSO People Services & Continuous Process Improvement Manager, where Nevyan managed HR services, BSO Master Data Manager, and Central Master Data Team Leader, overseeing Master Data processes and teams. Earlier career experiences include roles as an Account Executive at TMF, focusing on statutory bookkeeping and reporting. Nevyan holds a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski, along with participation in the Coca-Cola Hellenic Executive Leadership Development program (EXCEL) focused on Organizational Leadership.
