Nimai Swaroop

Nimai Swaroop serves as the Group Head of Employer Branding at Coca-Cola HBC since March 2024. Previously, from March 2023 to February 2024, Nimai worked as a consultant for various organizations including Shell, RBS, Diageo, the British Army, and Philip Morris, focusing on culture transformation, talent acquisition, and employer branding, while also serving as a member of the Future Talent Council Board. Nimai's extensive experience includes roles such as Global Director of Talent Engagement at Philip Morris International and Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Diageo. Other significant positions held are Director of Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding in the British Army, Global Head of Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing at the Royal Bank of Scotland, and Head of Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing at Shell. Nimai’s career began at British Gas and DC Design, progressing through various marketing and management roles. Nimai holds an MBA from Cardiff University and a Bachelor of Commerce from Sydenham College, complemented by an educational foundation from The Doon School.
