Zubair Raffiq is the Talent & Culture Director at Coca-Cola Beverages Singapore, Malaysia & Brunei since September 2023, focusing on culture transformation and talent initiatives in Malaysia and Singapore. Previously, Zubair served as the Interim Head of HR, where significant achievements included business planning, union negotiations, and enhancing organizational culture. Before joining Coca-Cola, Zubair held various roles at The Coca-Cola Company, including Cluster Talent Director for the SIMA & GCCB clusters. Zubair's extensive experience also includes leadership positions at L'Oréal, British American Tobacco, and P&G, emphasizing talent acquisition, development, and HR management. Zubair began a career in telecommunications with Telekom Malaysia, where technical skills were applied before transitioning into HR. Zubair holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) Hons in Electronics from Multimedia University, graduated in 2010.
