Ashley Althen Mba

Ashley Althen, MBA, SHRM-CP, currently serves as an HR Analyst at COCC since June 2018. Prior to this role, Ashley gained extensive experience as an HR Business Partner at TTM Technologies and as a Staffing Programs Analyst with UTC Aerospace Systems, where responsibilities included addressing employee inquiries, supporting recruitment processes, managing diversity metrics, and providing onboarding support. Earlier experience includes a role as a Senior Assistant in HR Support and an internship at Barnes Group Inc. Ashley holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources and General Management from Central Connecticut State University.
