Steven Guglietta, CPC has over 21 years of work experience in talent development, human resources, and recruitment. Steven is currently the Director of Talent Development at COCC, where they lead the corporate employee training and development strategy for a FinTech/banking technology organization. Steven has successfully operated within a matrix partnership with Talent Management and maintains trusted partnerships with senior executive/management teams. Prior to their current role, they held the position of Talent Development Manager at COCC, where they integrated WebEx technology to facilitate hybrid learning and implemented a corporate learning "gamification" program that led to a 15% increase in employee participation. Additionally, they improved overall employee training satisfaction scores by 8% in 2021. Before joining COCC, Steven worked as a Human Resources Specialist, where they designed and implemented a company-wide employee training program and established relationships with training vendors. Steven also worked as a Staffing Consultant-Talent Acquisition at Aetna and as a Corporate Recruiter at Audibert Associates, Inc.

Steven Guglietta, CPC received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication/Marketing from Central Connecticut State University, graduating in 1996. Steven also completed the Consulting Skills Certificate Program from ATD The Association for Talent Development. Additionally, they pursued the Training Administration Certificate Program from Cornell University ILR School, specializing in Workforce Development and Training. Furthermore, they obtained Certification as a Certified Personnel Consultant from the National Association of Personnel Services.
