Siobahn Eve Kinney

Siobahn Kinney is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in digital communications and strategic planning. Currently serving as the Director of Digital Communications at COCC since December 2013, Siobahn excels in creating comprehensive communication strategies that effectively engage diverse audiences and align with organizational goals. Prior roles at the Community Health Center Association of Connecticut included Digital Communications Manager and Digital Content Specialist, demonstrating a strong background in managing content and training initiatives.
