Susan Lazear

Susan Lazear is a Professor of Fashion at San Diego Mesa College, a position held since January 2000. In addition to academic responsibilities, Susan is the Owner of Cochenille Design Studio, a role that has been fulfilled since 1989. Earlier in Susan's career, experience included serving as a Computer Graphic Artist for American Design Intelligence Group in 1988 and working in marketing and office management at Zoo-Ink from 1987 to 1988. Susan holds a Master’s degree in Clothing and Textiles from San Diego State University and a Bachelor’s of Applied Science in Family and Consumer Studies from the University of Guelph.
