James Perey

James Perey currently serves as the Executive Vice President for Academics at Cochise College since August 2022. Prior to this role, extensive experience was gained at Yavapai College from July 2002 to February 2023, where roles included Associate Dean for Career and Technical Education, Agribusiness Faculty, Manager of Business Engagement and Content Development, Associate Vice President for Strategic Initiatives, and Executive Dean. Earlier in the career at the University of Arizona from July 2001 to July 2003, James Perey worked as a Program Coordinator in the Department of Agriculture Education and Agriculture Technology Management. The career began as an Agricultural Education Instructor at Antelope High School from July 1997 to July 2001.
