Alison Deans

Alison Deans is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in non-executive director roles across various prominent organizations. Currently serving as a Non Executive Director at Calix Limited and Cochlear, where also holds the position of Chair, Deans has been involved with Deputy, Ramsay Health Care, and Main Sequence Ventures as a Non Executive Director and member of the Investment Committee, respectively. Additionally, Deans has contributed as a member of Chief Executive Women and previously held non-executive director positions at Westpac and IAG. Deans’ early career includes leading netus as CEO, a venture capital firm focused on early-stage technology investments in Australia. Educational credentials include an MBA from Stanford University and a MA in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge.
