Alysia Halloway

Alysia Halloway currently serves as the Director of Adult Growth and Planning for Cochlear since October 2023, and is also an Advisory Board Member at Respia Technologies, focusing on innovative asthma diagnosis devices. From December 2020 to October 2023, Alysia was the Marketing Lead for Allergan Aesthetics in ANZ, leading a team of six in designing and executing a comprehensive Aesthetics strategy. Previously, Alysia held various leadership roles at Bayer Pharmaceuticals, including Business Unit Head for Women's Health and Established Brands, where significant digital innovations and market growth were achieved. Alysia's career began at AstraZeneca, where roles encompassed marketing leadership across multiple therapeutic areas. Alysia's educational background includes a Management Diploma from Macquarie Graduate School of Management, a Master's in Nutrition and Dietetics, and a Bachelor of Medical Science from the University of Sydney.
