Dinesh Selvam is a seasoned technology and service delivery professional with extensive experience in various leadership and testing roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Technology & Service Delivery at Cochlear since July 2022, Dinesh focuses on critical technology operations, testing excellence, and global release success. Previous positions include Program Test Manager at Capgemini and Ramco Systems, as well as Payroll Solution Architect and Payroll Test Manager at Lendlease. Dinesh has a strong background in payroll systems integration, automation testing frameworks, and managing complex testing environments. With foundational education in Computer Science, Dinesh possesses a robust skill set in quality assurance, web services testing, and solution architecture across diverse industries including retail, supply chain, and public transport.
