Dr. Obaid Ur Rehman Qazi

Dr. Obaid ur Rehman Qazi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project delivery and research within the biomedical engineering field. Since November 2009, Dr. Qazi has held several roles at Cochlear, including Project Delivery Manager, Senior Research Engineer, and Sound Coding Researcher. Prior to this, Dr. Qazi worked at Huawei Technologies from July 2004 to August 2007 as a Technical Support Manager and BSS Executive Engineer, successfully managing wireless network deployments and overseeing the installation of numerous BTS sites. Dr. Qazi's academic credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Biomedical Engineering from KU Leuven, a Master’s Degree in Communication Engineering from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, another Master’s Degree in Information Technology from Politecnico di Torino, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology Peshawar.
