Henry Chiang

Henry Chiang is an experienced learning and development professional with a strong background in global leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Global Learning and Leadership at Cochlear, Henry has previously held positions such as Learning and Development Manager for Australia and New Zealand at JCDecaux and Learning and Development Manager for Asia Pacific at Graymont. Additional roles include Digital Learning Lead at Sibelco Group and Senior Group Manager for Learning and Development at International SOS, where responsibilities included managing eLearning initiatives and serving as Interim Operations Manager. Henry holds degrees in Organisational Learning and HR, as well as a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment, from the University of Technology Sydney.
