Irene Diolaso is a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Cochlear, specializing in product development within the biomedical field. From 2009 to 2013, Irene worked as a private tutor, helping students from grades 2 to 12 in subjects like high school math, biology, and physics. Irene completed a thesis at ResMed, focusing on the relationship between mask strap tension and unintended leaks in non-invasive respiratory care. Following an internship at ResMed as a Student Intern Engineer, Irene joined Cochlear, where they contributed to various engineering roles, including mechanical design and development for implantable medical devices.
