Matthias Rohner

Matthias Rohner is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digital healthcare, particularly in cochlear implants, currently serving as Director Connected Care at Cochlear since September 2021. In this role, Matthias drives customer success through the implementation of digital tools and services and leads efforts to transform patient care pathways by integrating digital solutions. Previous positions at Cochlear include Senior Manager Connected Care and Customer Success Manager for Data Privacy & Information Security. Prior to Cochlear, Matthias held roles at Sonova Group as Senior Manager CRM Business and CRM Business Manager, where significant digital transformation initiatives were undertaken. Additional experience includes CRM Business Process Specialist at Phonak and Territory Sales Manager at Hilti, complemented by a series of internships in marketing and sales. Matthias holds a Master’s Degree in Business Management and Marketing from the University of St.Gallen.
