Tara McNamara

Tara McNamara has extensive experience in quality systems assurance, currently serving as the Director of Quality Systems Assurance at Cochlear since May 2004, where roles have included Quality Systems Assurance Manager, QMS Training Specialist, and various leadership positions in business and continuous improvement. Prior to Cochlear, Tara worked as a Quality Engineer at Boston Scientific and as a CI Engineer at JDS Uniphase. Tara holds a Graduate Certificate in Change Management from AGSM (2008-2009) and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Physics from the University of Limerick (1993-1997).
