Emily Kraus is an experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in operations and beverage management. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Cocktail Academy since April 2021, Emily previously held various positions at Wolfgang Puck Catering from 2014 to 2020, including National Beverage Manager, Beverage Manager, Project Manager, and Operations Manager, where responsibilities spanned strategic planning, beverage program standards, and large-scale event management. Additional experience includes roles as Event Manager at Baked It Myself!, Inc., Assistant Food & Beverage Manager at Jamaica Bay Inn, and Whole Foods Market Merchandiser for Beyond Meat. Emily holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Niagara University, earned between 2000 and 2004.
