Shan Lathem

Shan Lathem currently serves as the Immediate Past President of the Automotive Recyclers Association since October 2023 and has been President of Cocoa Auto Salvage Inc since August 1997. Shan holds a directorial role with the Florida Automotive Dismantlers and Recyclers Association, contributing to the organization since July 2012, including a term as President. Previously, Shan was a Regional Director for the Automotive Recyclers Association from October 2017 to October 2019, where responsibilities included chairing the regional directors' committee. Shan earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Central Florida between 1994 and 1997.
