Douglas Marrache

Douglas Marrache has extensive experience in the talent and development field. Douglas is currently working as the Talent Director at Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages since April 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Gerente Talento y Sucesión at Arca Continental from January 2018 to July 2021.
