Gilberto Urteaga

Gilberto Urteaga serves as the HRBP Director at Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages since January 2019, bringing extensive experience in human resources management. Prior to this role, Urteaga was the HR Manager at Wise Foods from March 2016 to December 2018 and held the position of International Compensation and Benefits Lead at Arca Continental from April 2011 to March 2016. Earlier in the career, Urteaga worked as a Compensation Coordinator at Xignux and as an Organizational Engineer at AHMSA between November 2005 and December 2007. Gilberto Urteaga holds a Master of Business Administration from Universidad Regiomontana S.C. (2015-2017) and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Industrial Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey (2000-2005), with additional education from BI Norwegian Business School in 2004.
