Joshua Pollon has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Joshua started their career in 2011 as a Manufacturing Technical Support Intern at Mylan. In 2013, they worked as a Quality Control/IPC Assembly Intern at Subaru of Indiana Automotive and an Engineering Intern at Acelity.

Joshua joined The Coca-Cola Company in 2014 as an Operational Excellence Intern before progressing to the role of Supply Chain Leadership Program Supervisor in 2015. In 2016, they became a Warehouse Manager responsible for 2nd and 3rd shift operations.

After leaving The Coca-Cola Company, Joshua joined Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages in 2016. Joshua held several roles in the Go To Market department, including Business Process Engineer, Strategy Lead, and currently, Director. In these positions, they worked on various projects such as warehouse integration, equipment validation, and BI transition.
