Susanne Brady-Lusk

Susanne Brady-Lusk, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning several companies in the retail and beverage industry. Susanne began their career at Harris Teeter in 1991, where they served as a Store Manager before moving on to become a Personnel Field Specialist and then an Operations Manager, responsible for supporting multiple stores and overseeing training and operational needs.

After leaving Harris Teeter, Susanne joined A&P/Sav-A-Center as a District Sales Manager, where they were accountable for the performance of 13 stores and responsible for sales, profits, staffing, and safety. Susanne later transitioned into the role of Director of Store Support/Productivity, managing store operations for 24 stores and handling tasks such as store maintenance, safety, sanitation, and financial budgeting.

In 2007, Susanne joined Coca-Cola Refreshments as a Key Account Manager, where they developed customized promotional plans for convenience store chains. Susanne also served as a Sales Manager, responsible for driving sales growth and leading trade execution.

In 2013, they took on the role of Area Sales Manager at Coca-Cola Refreshments, responsible for sales channels in Texas and managing the small store channels in the Houston Market Unit. Susanne was later promoted to Director of the Small Stores Houston Market Unit, where they oversaw convenience stores, drug stores, value stores, and Hispanic grocery stores.

More recently, Susanne joined Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages in 2017 as the Vice President and General Manager, where they hold a leadership role in the organization. Overall, they have demonstrated a strong track record of leadership and expertise in sales, operations, and customer management.

Susanne Brady-Lusk, MBA, received their Bachelor's degree in Management and Accounting from St. Andrew Presbyterian College in 1991. Susanne then pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General from Wingate University, graduating in 1999. Additionally, Susanne has obtained several certifications from LinkedIn, covering various topics such as leadership, negotiations, public speaking, and logistics, among others.
