Bernie Florido is the founder and CEO of COCOFLO, a luxury design and build firm in Vancouver, Canada. Prior to starting COCOFLO, Bernie was a police officer with the New Westminster Police Department where they served on the K9 unit. Bernie has always had a passion for design and construction, and they decided to pursue their dream of starting their own company in 2014. BMF Homes Inc. was born, and under Bernie's leadership, the company quickly became one of the most respected design + build firms in Vancouver. In 2019, Bernie decided to rebrand the company as COCOFLO and continue their mission of creating beautiful, functional homes for their clients.
Bernie Florido has a certificate in global business from Harvard Business School Online, and is certified as a municipal police constable from the Justice Institute of British Columbia. Bernie also has a professional pilot program certification from Centennial Flight School - Boundary Bay Delta BC, and is certified in smarter cities from LinkedIn.
