Marcelino Jr De Peralta is an experienced architect and entrepreneur with a diverse professional background in architecture, construction, and real estate development. Currently serving as an Architect/Constructor at Beyond Innovations Inc. since November 2021, Marcelino also founded Skyline Spaces in July 2021, specializing in real estate development with an emphasis on minimizing project errors and costs. Additionally, Marcelino works as a freelance Architect of Record for the City Government of Baguio, contributes as an Architect for COCOLIFE, and has extensive experience in roles at Cityview, JBL Professional, and TG Home Builders.
