Raychard Viner Matias

Raychard Viner Matias is an accomplished academic and leader with extensive experience in higher education and the performing arts. Currently serving as President of the International Association of Multidisciplinary Research Education, Inc. since July 2023, Raychard has held various prominent roles at PLT College, Inc., including Professor IV and Director of Student Affairs and Services. As Artistic Director and Director for Human Resources Operations at MALAYA Center for Performing Arts, and as Unit Sales Manager at COCOLIFE, Raychard combines artistic management with strategic oversight. Raychard's educational background includes a Post Doctorate in Strategic Management and Leadership from Philippine Christian University, a Master's in Business Administration from Nexford University, and several doctoral degrees in Educational Leadership and Pedagogy. Additional qualifications include a Diploma in Music Theory from Yale University and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management.
