Sarah Elsmore

Sarah Elsmore has a diverse work experience in strategic roles. Sarah is currently a Senior Strategy Director at co:collective since July 2023 and previously held the position of Strategy Director at the same company since January 2022. Before joining co:collective, they completed a Systems Change Sabbatical at Forum for the Future from July 2021 to December 2021, where they participated in intensive leadership and facilitation programs. Prior to that, they worked as a Director, Consulting at mcgarrybowen from August 2018 to July 2021, a Senior Strategist at M&C Saatchi Group AUNZ from July 2015 to August 2018, a Junior Strategist at MercerBell from November 2012 to July 2015, and completed a Strategy internship at Mars Y&R from July 2012 to September 2012.

Sarah Elsmore has a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in International Business and Marketing from the University of Sydney. Prior to that, they completed the International Baccalaureate at S.C.E.C.G.S Redlands. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the "Insights for Innovation" certification from IDEO U in January 2018.
