Stacy Svendsen

Engagement and Programs Specialist at COCPA

Stacy Svendsen has a diverse work history, beginning with a Master Control On-Air Technician and Commercial Editor role at Oceanic Time Warner Cable in 1983. Stacy then moved to PBS Hawaii in 1984, where they worked as a Television Production Assistant. In 1986, they joined Poole Publications, Inc. as an Advertising Sales Coordinator. From 1989 to 1997, they worked at the Santa Clara Chamber of Commerce and Convention-Visitors Bureau as a Senior Sales Manager. During this time, they also worked at The Jim Stamates Collection - Low Impact Wildlife Photography as a Director of Photography. In 2005, they became the Owner of Property Management at Clear Point Properties, LLC. In 2013, they worked as a Leasing Professional at Grand Peaks. From 2014 to 2015, they worked at Keller Williams Realty, Inc. as a Transaction Coordinator and Website Manager. Finally, from 2009 to 2015, they worked at Healthy Beginnings Magazine as a New Media and Website Manager. From 2015 to the present, they have been working at the Colorado Society of CPAs | COCPA in various roles, including Engagement and Programs Specialist, Member Services, and CPE Hospitality and Programs Coordinator.

Stacy Svendsen attended Radford High School from 1976 to 1979. Stacy then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications at the University of Hawaii at Manoa, which they completed in 1983.
