Ellen Malterre

Ellen Malterre has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources, organizational development, and talent management. Ellen is currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at CoCreativ, where they are responsible for developing and executing human resource strategies, acting as a trusted partner to senior leaders, and driving culture and engagement in the organization. Prior to this, Ellen had a brief period of semi-retirement before which they worked as the LVMH Director of Talent and Development at Bulgari from 2017 to 2019. Ellen also served as the LVMH Director of Organizational Development at Moët Hennessy from 2015 to 2017.

Ellen has also held significant positions at MAC Cosmetics/The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. where they served as the Director of Human Resources Training and Development from 2008 to 2015. Ellen expanded and developed the training and development curriculum for retail employees and focused on strategy implementation, change management, and leadership development. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Manager supporting field employees and management in various HR issues including succession planning, career development, and employee relations.

Before their corporate experience, Ellen worked as the Manager of Organizational Development and Compensation at Air France from 1998 to 2005, where they were responsible for career development, performance management, compensation management, and implementation of an integrated HRIS. Ellen also worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at Baruch College from 1997 to 1999, where they conducted research, wrote grant proposals, and assisted in teaching undergraduate courses.
