Coctio helps customers in the food industry to innovate and create natural, clean label food products and applications to the market, while also achieving growth and sustainability in the processing of animal bone by-products. With extensive broth production and engineering expertise, Coctio’s mission is to improve the sustainability goals and profitability of global food, slaughter and rendering industries by converting animal bone residue into nutritious revenue and leaving zero bone waste.

Coctio is the only company in the world that combines over 25 years of broth production experience with engineering expertise to offer automated turnkey processing lines for the production of additive-free culinary bone broth and sauces. This makes Coctio the ideal partner to enter the emerging bone broth and broth-based sauces, soups and ready meals market.

The Coctio method is a completely natural process to produce naturally functional bone broth, sauces, soups, and other meals from valuable animal bone raw materials. By turning the bone residue from meat and fish processing into 100% pure ingredients, Coctio’s method improves the resource efficiency of the entire industry of food development. It also paves way for new clean label end products, such as ready-to-eat-soups, pet foods, and other spinoff products and creates entirely new business for growth markets.

Our industrial scale equipment for the production of natural bone broth, sauces and soups come in 2 different line sizes - Small and Standard. Both lines are modular in design which means that you can easily add equipment to the line to meet any need for additional capacity or functionality as you grow. Saying the line can be designed around your needs for wide ranges of end-products.
