Alice Agostoni

Alice Agostoni has over ten years of work experience. From 2012 to 2015, they worked as a Swimming Instructor at GIS MILANO - S.S.D. S.R.L. From 2015 to 2019, they worked as a Customer Relationship Management Lead at VALUTRANS S.P.A. where they provided telephone assistance in German and Spanish, technical assistance, back office work for Italy and Germany, correspondence with banks in Latin America, Africa and Europe, telemarketing in the commercial area of the company, and assistance for the credit department in German. Alice also worked in the administrative office for a brief period, handling bank transfers and trade assistance in Spanish. In 2020, they worked as a Community Manager and Customer Care Service at FloraQueen. From 2021 to 2022, they worked as a Customer Care Representative at Amer Sports Winter & Outdoor Company. Currently, they are a Customer Love Specialist at Cocunat Natural & Toxic Free.

Alice Agostoni graduated from the Università degli Studi di Milano in 2014 with a Laurea triennale in Lingue e letterature straniere, generale. Alice began their studies at the university in 2010.
