Marian Coll has been working in the digital marketing field since 2011. Marian began their career as an Online Marketing Assistant for Viajes Iberia at ORIZONIA CORPORACION in 2011. In 2012, they took on the role of Marketing Assistant at /walva, where they managed media campaigns with DFA, created proposals for clients, and created and managed ads on Facebook Ads. In 2013, they held two positions: Marketing Analyst at Soccer Experience and Ejecutiva de Cuentas Grupo Planeta at Grupo Planeta. At Soccer Experience, they identified new market opportunities, determined brand perceptions and reputations, and evaluated market penetration. At Grupo Planeta, they planned, created, and optimized campaigns on Google Adwords, Bing Ads, Linkedin Ads, and Facebook Ads, as well as acted as a Community Manager. In 2014, they joined TechStyle Fashion Group as Head of Digital Acquisition, where they managed new user acquisition across Europe for 3 brands, defined and executed the user acquisition strategy, and used data to identify, test, and optimize new channels and landing pages. Marian also held the role of Senior Acquisition Marketing Manager EU and Acquisition Marketing Manager Spain at TechStyle Fashion Group. In 2018, they were appointed Chief Marketing Officer at BLACKBETTY LIMITED, where they drove Explosive growth initiatives to scale the business 10x, defined and implemented omni-channel, acquisition driving initiatives and campaigns across all channels, and drove strategy and execution of CRM to onboard, build loyalty and increase lifetime value by engaging customers with personalized, targeted and relevant marketing messages. In 2019, they took on two roles: Chief Growth Officer and Revenue Manager at Cocunat Natural & Toxic Free, and Performance Marketing Consultant at TechStyle Fashion Group.
