Alison Noice

Executive Director at CODA

Alison Noice joined CODA in 2010 as Director of Addiction Medicine Services and in 2014 was named Deputy Director. As her commitment and dedication to the organization continued to expand, in September of 2019, Alison was appointed CODA’s Executive Director.

Alison has led community behavioral health programs in the tri-county area for more than 20 years and has spent her career working with underserved and indigent populations as an Administrator, Program Manager, Counselor, and Researcher. Before joining CODA, Alison’s roles included managing a multidisciplinary team of mental health and medical professionals in a psychiatric urgent care setting, assessing high-risk patients as a member of Multnomah County’s Involuntary Commitment team, and running a transitional home for individuals on high-risk community supervision.

Alison holds a Master of Science in Healthcare Management from Oregon Health & Science University, a Master of Counseling from Pacific University and obtained her undergraduate degree from University of

Idaho.
