Philip Carriere is an Addiction Physician with extensive experience in the management of opioid use disorder and withdrawal, currently working at CODA, Inc since September 2017. Responsibilities include overseeing medication-assisted treatment in outpatient and dispensary clinics, supervising Nurse Practitioners and Addiction Medicine fellows from OHSU, and providing counseling and motivational interviewing. Prior experience includes a role at Horizon Health Services from September 2016 to July 2017, focusing on withdrawal management and outpatient assessment. Philip Carriere holds a Doctor of Medicine degree from Saba University School of Medicine and a Board Certification in Family Medicine from the University at Buffalo, alongside advanced degrees in Economics from Dalhousie University.
