David founded Coda Search in 2011 after working at a national staffing firm in NYC. He then co-founded Coda Staffing in 2015. David's mission is to lead his firm with integrity in doing what's ethical for his firm's clients, candidates, and his team. Today David's vision is in expanding his impact to new cities and new verticals, making his ethical approach to recruitment the global norm.
