Nick Cobane is the Head of GTM Operations & Strategy at Coda. Nick was previously the Business Operations Manager at [Collective Health](/org/collective-health) from June 2019 to October 2020. Himanshu Vasishth is the current Head of Core Product Engineering and Founding Engineer at Coda. Prior to this, they worked at Microsoft for nearly six years in various positions. Their first role at Microsoft was as a Software Design Engineer II on the WinFS team from September 2004 to June 2006. In this role, they were responsible for designing and developing the schema used to store different types of items in the new relational file system, as well as designing and implementing the synchronization configuration and discovery mechanism. Himanshu also designed and developed a Sync Adapter for syncing the contents of a user's mailbox between Microsoft Exchange server and WinFS store. 

From October 2006 to June 2009, Himanshu worked as a Program Manager II on the ADO.NET team. In this role, they were responsible for PM-ing the entire ADO.NET feature set and successfully shipped several releases, including FileStream support and SQL Server Connection Director (ADO.Net). Himanshu also developed the three-year vision and roadmap for ADO.NET data providers, owned ADO.NET partner relationships with Oracle, MySQL, DataDirect, etc., and drove the effort to improve customer engagement across 8 different product teams in three different product units.

Oliver Heckmann is the current Head of Engineering at Coda. Oliver has also previously worked as VP Engineering at Google from October 2006 to January 2021. At Google, they were responsible for running engineering for Google Shopping and Google Travel. Oliver's product portfolio includes organic and ads experiences, consumer and partner facing, for example: Google Flights, Google Hotels Search & Ads, Shopping Ads (PLA), Google Shopping, Shopping organic shopping units in Search, and Merchant Center. Oliver was also responsible for Google’s Global Tech Intern Program. Prior to their work at Google, they were a Research Group Head at Multimedia Communications Lab / TUD from December 2004 to October 2006, and a Research Assistant at TU Darmstadt from October 2000 to December 2004.

Ben Davis is the current Growth and GTM Lead at Coda. Ben has held this position since June 2019. Prior to Coda, they were at Air from March 2017 to May 2019 where they were the Sales Operations and Strategy Lead. Before that, they were an Advisor at Empros Capital from April 2016 to February 2019. 

Ben started their career at Citi in June 2014 as an Analyst in the Structured Finance Group. In this role, they were responsible for the structuring, pricing, and syndication of esoteric debt and equity securities. Ben left Citi in April 2016 to join Empros Capital as an Advisor. 

From January 2012 to December 2012, they were a Fall Intern at J.P. Morgan in the Leveraged Finance group.

Carrie Running is the Head of Sales Development at Coda. Carrie has over 9 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on business optimization, growth, and development.

Before joining Coda, Carrie was a Senior Global Partner Business Manager at [Zendesk](/org/zendesk) for 5 years. In this role, they led initiatives focused on business optimization, operational efficiency, and growth and development for the GTM Partner Sales organization. Carrie also built and managed onboarding, communication, and enablement for the Global Partner Sales organization.

Before [Zendesk](/org/zendesk), Carrie was a Personal Trainer at the [University of Southern California](/org/university-of-southern-california) for 3 years. In this role, they conducted one-on-one fitness training for students and faculty. Carrie provided education and motivation to ensure clients meet fitness goals and understand the importance of body mechanics and proper technique. Carrie helped over 20 women achieve their physical fitness goals while providing emotional support and guidance.

Carrie is also a Founder and Fitness & Nutrition Coach. Carrie founded their own company in 2012 and has been coaching clients ever since. Her company provides fitness and nutrition coaching to help people achieve their health and wellness goals.

John Scrugham is the current Head of Solution Services at Coda. John was previously with [Accelo](/org/accelo) from July 2014 to August 2018, where they served as Lead Solution Engineer. John was the 4th hire in the US for [Accelo](/org/accelo) and led the Go To Market team that brought the small business operations software from a small town just south of Sydney to the world (90 to 1,200 customers). John's core role as first Solution Engineer was interim Head of Sales. Prior to [Accelo](/org/accelo), John was with [Springer-Miller Systems](/org/springer-miller-systems) from September 2013 to July 2014 as Business Analyst to the CEO and VP of Sales & Marketing.
