Dustin Alvanas

Dustin Alvanas serves as the Chief Operating Officer at CODAC Behavioral Healthcare since May 2023, previously holding the position of Regional Director at Acadia Healthcare from June 2020 to May 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing six outpatient substance abuse treatment facilities in Tennessee and managing regional performance and fiscal health. Prior to this, Dustin held the role of Vice President of Operations at CODAC Behavioral Healthcare from February 2011 to June 2020, overseeing ten treatment facilities that provided various behavioral healthcare services. Dustin's career began as a trainer at International Canine Exchange from June 1999 to February 2011. Dustin earned a Master of Business Administration from Johnson & Wales University and a Master of Science in Psychology from Walden University.
