Nilay Masrani has a diverse work experience in the field of quality assurance and testing. Nilay started their career as a Trainee at Unicode Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in 2015. After that, they worked as an Associate Quality Analyst at Zaptech Solutions from 2016 to 2018. In 2018, they joined TRooTech Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd. as a Senior Quality Analyst.

In the same year, Nilay also joined Panamax Inc. as a QA Engineer, where they worked until 2021. During this time, they gained expertise in quality assurance and testing processes.

In 2021, Nilay joined Third Rock Techkno as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer and Scrum Master. Nilay held this position until 2022 when they joined Codal as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer.
