Aarsh Patel

Aarsh Patel currently serves as an Applied ML Scientist at CodaMetrix since March 2024. Prior to this role, Aarsh was a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Orbita from March 2022 to March 2024, where the development of the framework for Orbita's virtual assistant utilized Large Language Models and techniques like Retrieval Augmented Generation and Prompt Engineering. Before Orbita, Aarsh worked at Amazon from September 2019 to February 2022 as an Applied Research Scientist, focusing on semi-supervised learning for Natural Language Understanding models and contributing to algorithmic fairness as an intern. Earlier experience includes a position as a Deep Learning Research Intern at Signify, concentrating on text detection and recognition for image classification. Aarsh holds both a Master’s degree and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, completed in 2019 and 2017, respectively.
