Kayla Pomponi

Kayla Pomponi is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in organizational leadership and education. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at CodaMetrix since April 2024, Kayla previously held the position of People Ops Business Partner at Velsera from May 2022 to April 2024. Prior roles include Senior HR Business Partner and HR Business Partner & Corporate Services Manager at Evaluate Ltd from June 2016 to May 2022, as well as Founding Special Projects Manager at Excel Academy Charter Schools. Kayla's career began in education, teaching 8th grade math at Lawrence Public Schools and serving as an Athletics Business & Operations Manager at Babson College. Kayla earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Organizational Leadership from Babson College and a Master of Education in Curriculum and Teaching from Boston University School of Education.
