Lakshmi Ramasamy, MS, MBA

Lakshmi Ramasamy, MS, MBA has been in the software engineering field since 2005. Lakshmi began their career as an intern at Health Management Systems, where they gained hands-on experience with Java and J2EE technologies. In 2007, they began working as a Java Developer consultant for Aquilasoft, supporting client solutions for multiple projects. In 2008, they were a Java Developer consultant for Harris County. In 2010, they joined Quest Diagnostics as a Senior Software Engineer, developing healthcare related software in a highly agile environment. In 2016, they became the Lead Software Engineer II at Quest Diagnostics, leading development teams to deliver complex features with critical deadlines. Lakshmi was also involved in strategic initiatives with product management and designing, implementing, and integrating innovative features in the product. In 2022, they will join CODAMETRIX as a Staff of the Engineering Team.

Lakshmi Ramasamy, MS, MBA has a comprehensive educational background. Lakshmi obtained their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Science from Tamilnadu college of Engineering between 2000 and 2004. Lakshmi then went on to earn their Master's Degree in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Dallas between 2004 and 2006. In 2019, they began their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance at Miami University Farmer School of Business, which they are currently pursuing. Additionally, Lakshmi Ramasamy has obtained several certifications, such as High Performance Leadership from HRSC Consulting in 2016, Sun Certified Java Programmer from Sun Microsystems in 2009, AWS Certified Developer - Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in 2022, AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in 2022, Competent Communicator from Toastmasters International, and Competent Leader from Toastmasters International.
